DAY THIRTY | You Are Well Able

WELCOME TO DAY THIRTY | YOU ARE WELL ABLE

DANIEL 4 : 18 – But YOU ARE ABLE, for the Spirit of the Holy God is in you.

Isn’t it great when someone else sees your abilities and believes in you. So often we are the ones who doubt our own capabilities. God has invested Himself into us to ensure our good success. When we allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us, it becomes obvious to all that we are in tune with the Holy God. There is nothing you cannot do within the gifts and calling God has given you.

What a tragedy to hear people say, “I can’t do that” when it is obvious to all, that with a little courage and diligence the task would be a walkover. You are the only one who can limit your future. God has delivered you into a large place, full of opportunity, risk and challenge. The risks are always high, but the rewards are always huge.

It is imperative to confess daily, “I am able, for the Spirit of the Holy God is in me.” You are empowered to serve the living God, right where you are, and to see good success in all you do. You are empowered to “walk in the Spirit” in your daily life. You do not win by running around frenetically looking for the golden opportunity to strut your stuff.

You are anointed to walk purposefully and faithfully, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide you. Commitments to work, family, church, friends etc. are all evidences of a life controlled by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit does not take flight. Even when creation was in a mess, Genesis declares that the Spirit of God brooded over the chaos. He waits for the word of God to come to recreate order and beauty out of disorder and ashes. Never be in a hurry to up and leave where God has you. He planted you there and has anointed you to win.

If you are being led of God to a new field of endeavour then you should be able to walk out of your present place, in good relationship and with the blessing of those who know you well. Doesn’t often happen because losers are always in a hurry to find utopia somewhere else!

Remember today! You are well able.

PRACTICAL

1. Go to a mirror right now and declare to yourself – you are well able.

2. Identify the present challenges you face – and declare to them – you are well able.

3. Find someone else in your life who has challenges and declare to them – you are well able.

4. Thank God right now that He has given you the victory and that through Him you are well able.
